Email money for the next 2 weeks

Emails that could bring in about $12,700 by Tue 3 Nov

That's the forecast of Barry's team (the Claude sessions running this email work): each email's likely buyers times its price, based on how our past emails sold, or on Barry's team's guess where there's no past figure.

Updated Wed 21 Oct 2026, 7:51pm Pacific

By about Tue 27 Oct (orders placed by Sun 25 Oct)$5,700$2,400$10,600
Next 2 weeks (to Tue 3 Nov)$12,700$5,800$25,400
Next 4 weeks (to Tue 17 Nov)$13,400$6,200$26,600
Through Thu 31 Dec$15,200$7,100$29,400

Without the annual renewals: about $9,660 in 2 weeks, $9,690 in 4 weeks and $10,650 through December (to the nearest $10, the totals above are $12,660, $13,410 and $15,150).

Annual renewals: about $3,000 of the 2-week figure, $3,720 of the 4-week figure and $4,500 of the December figure.

Might come anyway, later: Barry's team's forecast uses last year's renewal rate, when there was no offer, so most of these renewals might come without it, paying $100 more each ($150 more for the 9 on $150 off).

When they'd come without the offer: last year, 1 to 3 months after a plan ran out. So the 12 whose plan has run out would mostly renew by 31 Dec anyway; the 12 whose plan runs out 2 Nov to 28 Dec would mostly renew in January to March, and Terence B. (the plan he'd renew runs to 28 Mar 2027) in spring 2027, so the offer brings their money into this year.

Weeks 3 and 4 add about $750 (Tue 3 Nov to Tue 17 Nov)

WhatHow it was worked outCash
Second-chance renewal emails (from Tue 10 Nov)$1,500 (what the second-chance emails should bring by 31 Dec) x 16 of the 25, who get theirs Tue 10 Nov, x 3 in 4 of their orders placed by Sun 15 Nov$720
Failed-card email: the 4 paused BROQ plans that restart 7 to 9 Novabout 2 of the 4 pay (half, since their cards failed before): 2 x $64.60, less the card fee$125
Catch-up reorder notes (Tue 3 and 10 Nov)The 19 notes should bring about $90 by 31 Dec: about $47 from the 10 sent Tue 3 Nov, all in by Tue 17 Nov, and about $43 from the 9 sent Tue 10 Nov, 3 in 4 of it ($32) in by Tue 17 Nov$79
Less: gift cards spent instead of cashthe $700 spread evenly over the 61 days of November and December; orders on the first 15 of those days (to Sun 15 Nov) are in the bank by Tue 17 Nov−$172
Weeks 3 and 4$752

Gift cards: every figure counts the gift cards sold, less the gift cards spent on orders customers would otherwise pay cash for: about $170 by Tue 17 Nov and $700 by 31 Dec.

Low and high guesses: every email does as badly as its own low guess, or as well as its own high guess (each email set in section 1 shows its own).

Needs Nick's team on time: about $9,850 of the 2-week figure (the parts, each rounded to $10, add to $9,860): the 24-month offer to the 47 ($1,940), the annual renewals ($3,000), the $200-off offer ($2,280), section 8's offer ($1,470) and the gift card ($1,170). Their dates are on Nick's team's page, linked below.

The 74 more 24-month customers: their $750 also needs Mike and Nick's OK on those emails by noon Pacific Tue 27 Oct, and its own $456 checkout page from Nick's team.

Whose figures: Barry's team's (the Claude sessions running this email work): each email set's own working in section 1, added up, with every email going out on its day.

By Tue 27 Oct: orders placed by Sun 25 Oct only. Barry's team counts 4 in 10 of the annual renewals, the $200-off extension and section 8 (their last-day emails come later), and 3 in 4 of rows 6 to 11 and 13 above (sent Wed 21 to Fri 23) and of row 5's SPMD-99 note (sent Thu 22, no reminder).

Low and high guesses: each row moves by its own range, shown with its emails in section 1.

When money lands: Shopify pays each order into our bank about 2 working days after it's placed.

Not counted above
  • Nick's personal Gmail offers, which Nick sends himself: section 5's 7 (this week's 24-month and renewal offer, to customers Klaviyo can't email), emails 9 to 15 in the last section (7 customers, $200 off 12 more months) and emails 46 to 57 in the last section (12 of the 74 more 24-month customers). Not counted; each yes is one more order. (The failed-payment emails in section 1 do count about $50 from Nick's Gmail note to customers whose card failed, since that note isn't an offer.)
  • TikTok's free 30-day trial of paying us when each order is placed, instead of when it's received: money TikTok owes us anyway, arriving sooner, about $670 for each day sooner (section 4). How many days depends on how long our TikTok orders take to arrive. Mike and Nick would take the trial only if Nick's team finds it can be cancelled before the 30 days end.
  • The new automatic reorder emails: $0 by Tue 3 Nov, very little by Tue 17 Nov (the first go out about Thu 12 Nov), about $400 to $800 by 31 Dec (section 2).
  • Section 4's TikTok messages, Amazon SPMD-99 promotion and bundles, and extra card retries: $0 to $150 by Tue 3 Nov, about $360 to $1,170 by Tue 17 Nov (plus a little from card retries), about $2,100 to $5,800 by 31 Dec, if Nick's team sets them up.
  • The new win-back email (section 2), a draft not yet sending: up to about $280 by Tue 3 Nov, $550 by Tue 17 Nov and $1,420 by 31 Dec, if it sells as well as our old win-back email (about $1,827 in 90 days, so about $20 a day), less card fees.
  • Section 8's 4 new automatic emails for 12-month BROQ plans that end after they're switched on: $0 counted. They're off until Mike and Nick both approve them, and only the first two could go out before January: emails 64 and 65 in the last section (“Out of BROQ? Get 12 months for $711.36”, 35 days after a plan's last delivery, and “6 ways BROQ works for you”, at 49 days). Both offer our usual 12-month price, $712.

Cash by Tue 3 Nov, by email (a full bar is $3,000, the largest: the annual renewals)

All of them are drafts in Klaviyo, except the 5 emails sending Wed 21 Oct (scheduled) and Nick's personal Gmail notes. Every email in the last section sends only after Mike and Nick both OK it.

✓ The 5 emails sending Wed 21 Oct, at 10am and 1pm in each reader's time, are approved and scheduled: the 24-month offer's first email, warm-up email 2, the note to customers who cancelled, and the reorder reminder (versions A and B). Mike OK'd them Tue 4:49pm, Nick Tue 6:25pm, and Nick's team scheduled them at 7:13pm Pacific.

✓ Every offer now shows its end date, and says "one-time" where that's true. Every email now has our logo, and the ones selling something have a button and a product photo, like our best-selling emails from June (the personal notes stay plain).

✓ Mike and Nick decided on Tue 20 Oct that nobody is left out just because we once told them a price was our lowest ever. That put 23 customers back in on Tue 20 Oct: 4 in the 24-month offer and 19 in the $200-off extension.

International customers: the 2 emails built for them (their first month of BROQ free) won't send this week

The 2 emails built for international customers (an offer of their first month of BROQ free) won't send this week (Mike and Nick decided at 9:10am Tue 20 Oct). Customers outside the US who are in our other email sets still get those, such as Nick's note to customers whose payment failed (section 1) and, from Wed 28 Oct, the 24-month offer (for example David F. in the UK and Jurgen D. in Australia). September's international BROQ offer, which we told them would never come back, is being switched off: its web pages already send visitors to our regular BROQ page.

The 24-month offer's checkout doesn't switch off by itself

Every discount code for the offers in sections 1 and 8 ends by itself, a day after the last day its emails give (the extra day is for late buyers). The special $456 checkout for the 24-month offer, and the one for the 74 more customers, keep selling until Nick's team (who set everything up in Klaviyo and Shopify) takes each one off sale in Shopify, on Mon 26 Oct and Mon 2 Nov. 24-month BROQ customers: 12 more months for the price of 6

First email (Wed 21): approved by Mike and Nick, scheduled

✓ Mike (Tue 4:49pm) and Nick (Tue 6:25pm) approved the first email (Wed 21 Oct), and Nick's team scheduled it at 7:13pm Pacific. Its other Klaviyo emails are drafts.

Customers about a year into a 24-month BROQ plan can add 12 more months for the price of 6, with one free pouch each of NMN-99 and SPMD-99 ($107 at shop prices). Ends Sun 25 Oct. The same offer goes to 74 more 24-month customers from Wed 28 Oct to Sun 1 Nov.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • Customers who get two pouches a month pay $912 to add 12 more months of two pouches a month.
  • Wed 28 Oct to Sun 1 Nov: the same offer goes to 74 more 24-month customers, most less than a year into their plan, nobody left out over June's "lowest price" line. Their emails come to Mike and Nick for an OK first. Those whose first year, counted from the day they bought, ends before Christmas get an opening line saying they're nearing the half-way mark of their 24-month plan. Barry's team made one exception, Jennifer B.: only 6 of her 24 boxes have shipped (email 57).
  • The 4 customers left out because we told them in June that $44.33 a pouch was our lowest price ever are back in (done 4:08pm): Wednesday's email if their price and link are in Klaviyo in time, otherwise from Friday's email.

To do

  • Nick and his team set up the $456 checkout and load each customer's own price and link into Klaviyo by 7am Wed 21. The first email can't send without it.
How the money adds up, and more

Changed on Tue 20 Oct: It now includes the 4 customers we once told a price was our lowest ever, so it goes to 47. The first two emails (Wed 21 and Fri 23) show a short price list ($912 at full price, $711.36 on the annual plan, $456 for them; double for the 7 who get two pouches a month). Every email says the 12 months go on the end of their current plan, with the new end date. A final email goes at 5pm on Sun 25 (Mike and Nick OK'd it at 9:10am Tue 20 Oct).

This week's 47: $800 if only 1 in 30 say yes and the 5pm email brings no order, $3,500 if 1 in 8 do and it brings one; all from orders by Sun 25 Oct. The 74 more: $600 if 1 in 50 say yes, $3,000 if 1 in 10 do.

The 74 more: 12 who get a personal email from Nick instead (emails 46 to 57 in the last section)12not counted$0
Total$2,695

Why 1 in 15: Barry's team's guess. September's version of this offer ($456 for 12 more months, without the free pouches) sold to 4 of 39 customers with about 9 months left, about 1 in 10. These 47 have about 12 months left, and people with more left buy less often, so a little lower.

Why 1 in 40: Barry's team's guess. In our past sales, people with about 20 months or more of BROQ left bought about a quarter as often as those with 3 to 11 months left (1 of 109 against 4 of 116), and a quarter of September's 1 in 10 is 1 in 40.

The 5pm email: about 23 readers: of the about 44 of the 47 who won't have bought by then, about half (52 in 100) won't open that morning's email (48 in 100 opened June's last-day morning email). 23 x 16 in 538 is about 0.68 of an order, so in practice $0 or about $500.

Average price: this week's 47: 40 pay $456, the 7 on two pouches a month pay $912. The 62: 58 pay $456, 3 pay $912, 1 pays $1,824 (four pouches a month).

Not counted: the 12 personal emails from Nick: 7 who opted out of our emails, Matthew S. (two plans ending in different months, so Nick writes by hand) and the 4 who bought September's version, who were told then “This will never be repeated” (their note goes only if Mike and Nick OK it).

Later: each yes is one payment, so no more cash comes later. The cost comes later: each yes gets a year of BROQ in 2027 to 2029, paid for now at half price.

Who gets it

47 customers about a year into their 24-month BROQ plan, nobody left out. 5 more whom Klaviyo can't email get the same offer from Nick's own Gmail (section 5). Then, Wed 28 Oct to Sun 1 Nov: 74 more 24-month customers, most less than a year into their plan. 62 get our group emails. 12 get a personal email from Nick instead (emails 46 to 57, in the last section): 7 who opted out of our emails, Matthew S., whose two plans end in different months, and the 4 who bought September's version of this offer ($456 for 12 more months, without the free pouches).

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

In June, 4 of these 47 (Deborah L., George W., Paul K. and Rick D.) were told $44.33 a pouch was the lowest price we'd ever offer. This deal is $38 a pouch. They get it anyway: Mike and Nick decided on Tue 20 Oct that nobody is left out over that line. 7 others got 50% off 12 months of NMN-99 or SPMD-99 in September, a different deal. None of them was offered this BROQ deal before.

When each email sends

  • First email: Wed 21 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time zone (all in the US)
  • Second email: Fri 23 Oct, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern)
  • Last-day email: Sun 25 Oct, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern)
  • Final email: Sun 25 Oct, 5pm in each reader's own time, to readers who haven't bought and didn't open that morning's email
  • The 74 more: Wed 28 Oct, Fri 30 Oct and Sun 1 Nov (the last day, plus a 5pm final email)

When it ends

Sun 25 Oct at midnight. The emails say: "It's a one-time offer, and it ends this Sunday, October 25, at midnight. We won't be offering it again." That's true for these 47: it's a thank-you for their first year, which only happens once. The 74 who get it from Wed 28 Oct are different customers.

★ Email committee (7 Claude reviewers, each modelled on a well-known email marketer): all 7 approved the words on Monday. 6 of 7 back the logo, button and photo added Tue 20 Oct on the first three emails (Chris Orzechowski prefers plain emails, with no logo or photos). The 5pm final email: 5 for, 1 against, 1 no opinion.

Plan B: If the prices and links aren't loaded by 7am Wed, the first email goes Thu 22 and the second (Fri 23) is dropped, so the emails don't bunch up.

BROQ annual customers: renew with an additional $100 off

Draft in Klaviyo

BROQ customers whose 12-month plan runs out by 28 Dec or ran out recently can renew for $611.36 until Wed 28 Oct: an additional $100 off on top of the annual plan's discount ($711.36 instead of $912), so $300.64 below the $912 full price, plus a free month of SPMD-99. Anyone who doesn't renew gets the same price once more, for 7 days, in a second-chance email from Tue 10 Nov. The 9 who paid $562.80 last year get $561.36: $350.64 below full price.

Who
25 BROQ annual customers whose 12-month plan runs out by 28 Dec or ran out recently (last delivery 22 Jul or later; plus Meghan G., whose plan ran out in January). Those whose plan ran out earlier are in section 8, at $150 off.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • Our live "plan ending" emails (30, 7 and 2 days before a plan's last delivery, then 7, 16 and 26 days after it) skip these customers until the offer ends, so nobody sees the regular $711.36 renewal price in the middle of it.
  • Anyone who hasn't renewed by Wed 28 gets a second-chance email from Tue 10 Nov, with its own 7-day deadline and no extra gift.

To do

  • Nick and his team make the renewal codes and load each customer's price and code into Klaviyo before 7am Thu 22, and send Kari K., Tina T. and Paul K.'s second-chance email on Tue 10 Nov, the same day as everyone whose plan has already run out (theirs run out 2 to 9 Nov).
How the money adds up, and more

Changed on Tue 20 Oct: $100 off with a code ($150 off for the 9 who paid $562.80 last year, so their price is still below last year's), with a price list ($912 at full price, $711.36 this year's annual price, $611.36 their price); the photo shows BROQ beside the free SPMD-99. Renewing now adds 12 months to the end of their current plan (nothing extra ships now), and the emails say "Renewing adds 12 months to your current plan, so it will run until" their new end date.

$1,600 if only 2 or 3 of the 25 renew, $4,900 if about 8 do. Of the likely $3,000, $1,200 (about 2 renewals) is from orders by Sun 25 Oct (Barry's team's guess: most orders come in the first few days after an email, but the offer runs to Wed 28 and 3 of the 25 only get it Mon 26)

How the $3,000 by Tue 3 Nov adds up

Price for 12 more monthsPeople
$611.36 ($100 off our usual $711.36)15
$561.36 ($150 off; they paid $562.80 last year)9
$1,222.72 for James M.'s one plan of two pouches a month (twice $611.36)1
All 25, at about $618 on average25

Renewals by Wed 28 Oct: about 5 of the 25 (1 in 5) at about $618, less the 2.9% card fee: about $3,000.

Why 1 in 5: Barry's team's guess. Last year about 3 in 10 customers like these bought again with no renewal offer and no automatic emails, only a few one-off emails (February, March and June 2026) that many never got. Barry's team expects the same 3 in 10 this time (about 7 or 8 of the 25): about 5 by Wed 28 Oct, which is 1 in 5, and 2 or 3 more from the second-chance emails from Tue 10 Nov.

Why 3 in 10 also fits the 12 whose plan already ran out: last year, of the 38 customers whose 12-month plan ran out by 18 Jun, 12 bought a new plan, all of them after the old one had run out, most 1 to 3 months after (Shopify's subscription records). Of this year's 12, all but Meghan G. ran out between mid-August and mid-October.

Might have come anyway: that rate is how many renewed last year with no renewal offer like this one, so most of this $3,000 might have come in anyway, later (last year, mostly 1 to 3 months after the plan ran out) and $100 more each ($150 for the 9).

By 31 Dec: about $4,500, $1,500 of it from the second-chance emails (about $720 of that by Tue 17 Nov, from the 16 who get theirs on Tue 10 Nov).

Who gets it

25 BROQ annual customers. 22 get the renewal offer on Thu 22. 3 who also hold a 24-month plan (George W., Paul K., Rick D.) get it on Mon 26, unless they say yes to the 24-month offer first. 2 more whom Klaviyo can't email get the same offer from Nick's own Gmail (section 5).

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

24 of the 25 were offered June's upgrade to a 24-month plan at $44.33 a pouch, which we said we wouldn't run again. This isn't that deal: $611.36 works out at $50.95 a pouch, and $561.36 at $46.78.

When each email sends

  • Renewal offer: Thu 22 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time
  • Renewal offer for George W., Paul K. and Rick D.: Mon 26 Oct, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern)
  • Last-day email: Wed 28 Oct, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern), to anyone who hasn't renewed
  • Second chance, to anyone who still hasn't renewed, each with its own 7-day deadline. Tue 10 Nov: 16 of the 25: the 12 whose plan has already run out, Kari K., Tina T. and Paul K., whose plans run out 2 to 9 Nov, and Terence B. (one of his two plans ran out 24 Aug). The other 9 from Fri 13 Nov to Wed 16 Dec, each around the day their plan runs out.

When it ends

Wed 28 Oct at midnight. The emails show it in the inbox preview line and in red under the button. No "one-time" line: anyone who doesn't renew gets the same $100 off ($150 for the 9) once more in a later email, which says "This is the last time I can hold it."

★ Email, copywriting and offer committees (Claude reviewers, each modelled on a well-known marketer; votes added up across the three; a reviewer with no clear view on a question doesn't vote): $100 off with a code and the price list, 15 for, 0 against; $150 off for the 9 who paid $562.80 last year, 6 for, 0 against. On the logo, button and photo added Tue 20 Oct: 6 for, 1 against (Chris Orzechowski prefers plain emails, with no logo or photos).

Plan B: If the codes and prices aren't loaded by 7am Thu, the renewal offer goes Fri 23 at 10am local, with "Until Wednesday, October 28" in its first line.

3

BROQ annual customers whose plan ends after 2026: an additional $200 off 12 more months

Draft in Klaviyo

BROQ annual customers whose plan runs past 31 Dec can add 12 more months now for $511.36: an additional $200 off on top of the annual plan's discount ($711.36 instead of $912), so $400.64 below the $912 full price, with a code already applied by the button. The 2 who get two pouches a month pay $1,022.72 for 12 more months of two pouches ($400 off). The months go on the end of their plan; nothing changes now. The offer ends Tue 27 Oct at midnight.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • Chad F. and Leslie G., who get two pouches a month, get their own version at the two-pouch price: $1,022.72 for 12 more months, with the code EXTEND400 ($400 off, for their two accounts only).
  • The 23 who got September's $456 offer, which said "This will never be repeated", get this one too: $511.36 is a different deal.

All 19 customers told in June that $44.33 a pouch was "the lowest rate we will ever offer" are on this offer's lists; 16 of them can get our email and get it.

To do

  • Nick and his team set up the hidden checkout product ($711.36 for 12 more months added to an annual plan), the codes EXTEND200 ($200 off it) and EXTEND400 and each customer's plan dates in Klaviyo by 7am Thu 22.
How the money adds up, and more

Changed on Tue 20 Oct: It now includes all 19 customers we told in June that $44.33 a pouch was our lowest price ever, since Mike and Nick decided on Tue 20 Oct that nobody is left out over that line. 58 are on the $511.36 list and 51 of them get the emails (the other 7 can't get our email), plus Chad F. and Leslie G., on two pouches a month, who get a two-pouch version at $1,022.72. The emails say the 12 months go on the end of their current plan, with the new end date.

$1,100 if only 1 in 25 say yes, $4,600 if 1 in 6 do. Of the likely $2,300, about $900 is from orders by Sun 25 Oct

Chad F. and Leslie G. (two pouches a month)21 in 12$1,022.72$170
Total, about 4 orders53$2,280

Why 1 in 12: Barry's team's guess. September's similar offer (12 more months of BROQ for $456) sold to 4 of 39, about 1 in 10. This costs $55 more, and 23 of these customers were offered that cheaper deal in September and didn't buy.

When: orders close Tue 27 Oct, so it's all in the bank by Fri 30 Oct. About $900 (4 in 10) is from orders by Sun 25 Oct, the same share as the annual renewals, since both send Thu 22 and end with a last-day email.

Not counted: Nick's personal emails to the other 7 on the $511.36 list (emails 9 to 15 in the last section).

Later: each yes gets 12 more months of BROQ when their plan ends (mostly June to October 2027), paid for now at $200 off.

Who gets it

60 BROQ annual customers whose 12-month plan ends after 31 Dec 2026 (most in June to October 2027, the rest from January 2027). 58 are on the $511.36 emails: 51 of them can get Klaviyo email; the other 7 have unsubscribed or can't receive our email, so they get a personal email from Nick instead, in the last section (this week's 24-month and renewal notes are in section 5). Chad F. and Leslie G., who get two pouches a month, get their own two-pouch version at $1,022.72 with the code EXTEND400. 10 of these customers also get the gift card email on Wed 28 Oct, after this offer has ended. 4 more annual customers whose plan ends after 2026 aren't among the 60: they're already in this week's renewal or 24-month offer, or on a 24-month plan.

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

23 of them got September's "Add 12 months of BROQ for 50% off" ($456 for 48 hours, "This will never be repeated."); none of them bought. This is a different price ($200 off today's $711.36 annual price), so it doesn't repeat what September said would never come back. The emails don't mention September. 19 of them (18 on the $511.36 list, plus Chad F.) were told in June that $44.33 a pouch was "the lowest rate we will ever offer" (see "Mike and Nick decided, Tue 20 Oct" above).

When each email sends

  • First email: Thu 22 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time
  • Last-day email: Tue 27 Oct, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern), to anyone who hasn't bought

When it ends

Tue 27 Oct at midnight, the emails' words. The codes quietly keep working through Wed 28 Oct for late readers, then end by themselves. The checkout product stays on sale, hidden, because the renewal offer uses it too; without a code it costs our usual 12-month price, $711.36. No "one-time" or "never again" line, just the real end date, so it doesn't rule out a later offer.

★ Email, copywriting and offer committees (Claude reviewers, each modelled on a well-known marketer; votes added up across the three; a reviewer with no clear view on a question doesn't vote): sending it to 41 of them (the vote came before the other 19 were added), 10 for, 0 against; the emails' words, 8 for, 0 against; a real end date with no "one-time" or "never again" line, 4 for, 1 against (Parris Lampropoulos wanted a reason for the deal; the opening line, a thank-you for being an annual member, gives one).

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • The gift card can be spent on BROQ too. Mike and Nick's rule: until 31 Dec, no discount on BROQ paid for up front, except this page's offers: the 24-month offer, the annual renewals, the $200-off extension, this gift card, section 8's extra $150 off (or $100 off) for the 75 whose 12-month plan ran out, and the Black Friday week emails planned in section 7.

To do

  • Nick's team makes the $250 Opus Gift Card and its $50-off discount in Shopify by noon Mon 26 (about 15 minutes).
How the money adds up, and more

Changed on Tue 20 Oct: One $250 gift card for $200 that works on anything right away (the only size offered). No "one-time" line, so it can come back at Black Friday as the same deal.

Low to high by Tue 3 Nov: $700 if only 3 or 4 of the 363 buy, $1,900 if about 10 do (Barry's team's guess; nothing before the email goes out Wed 28 Oct).

How the $1,170 by Tue 3 Nov adds up (after the 2.9% card fee)

EmailBuyersPriceCash

Last-day reminder, Sun 1 Novabout 2$200$390
Total: about 6 of 363, about 1 in 606$1,170

Why about 6: Barry's team's guess; we've never sold gift cards.

Spent instead of cash: about 3 of the 6 buyers (Barry's team's guess) will spend their whole $250 card on November and December orders they'd otherwise pay cash for: about $700 less cash later ($750 of orders, less card fees). The cash table at the top spreads the $700 evenly over November and December, so it takes off about $170 by Tue 17 Nov (orders on the first 15 of the 61 days, to Sun 15 Nov) and all $700 by 31 Dec.

What each gift card gives away: it costs the buyer $200 and spends as $250: about $300 across the 6 gift cards.

Who gets it

363 customers: BROQ buyers who opened one of our emails in the last 30 days or clicked one in the last 60, plus our 12- and 24-month plan holders and monthly subscribers who opened one of our emails in the last 33 days or clicked one in the last 90. Nobody in this week's other offers, except 10 of the $200-off extension's customers, who get this on Wed 28 Oct, the day after that offer ends.

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

We've never offered them a gift card deal or a bonus code. Most got other offers this year (September's NMN-99 and SPMD-99 launch, June's BROQ offer), which were different deals.

When each email sends

  • Wed 28 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time
  • Reminder, last day: Sun 1 Nov, 7am Pacific (10am Eastern), to readers who opened it and didn't buy

When it ends

Sun 1 Nov at midnight, the emails' words. Shopify keeps the $50 off going one more day for late buyers and ends it by itself at the end of Mon 2 Nov; the emails never mention that extra day. The email doesn't call it one-time, so it can come back at Black Friday: only as the same deal (never a better one), and not to these 363. Barry's team brings Mike and Nick this run's sales on Mon 2 Nov, and they decide then whether it comes back.

★ Email and offer committees (Claude reviewers, each modelled on a well-known marketer; votes added up across the two; a reviewer with no clear view on a question doesn't vote): the gift card wording, 8 for, 0 against; letting the whole $250 be spent right away, BROQ included: 5 for, 2 against (they wanted the extra $50 usable only from May 2027); running it now, 6 for, 0 against.

Plan B: If the gift card isn't live by 5pm Tue 27, the email moves to Wed 4 Nov. It also waits until warm-up email 4 (Tue 27 Oct, the next warm-up email after warm-up email 3; not on this page) lands without spam complaints.

Founding Members who got SPMD-99 and NMN-99 free: pay for 12 months, get 14

Draft in Klaviyo

Two notes from Nick ask Founding Members (June's 24-month BROQ buyers) who got SPMD-99 and NMN-99 free on 4 Sep to start a 12-month plan at today's price, with 2 more months FREE, until Sun 1 Nov. They're the only emails this week that ask these Founding Members to keep taking SPMD-99 or NMN-99.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • The two notes offer SPMD-99 and NMN-99 as "Pay for 12 months, get 14": today's 12-month price plus 2 more months free.

To do

  • Nick and his team add the 2 free months (2 more deliveries in each buyer's new 12-month plan) after each order.
How the money adds up, and more

$490 if only 1 in 70 say yes (1 order), $2,850 if 1 in 12 do (about 6 orders). Of the likely $980, about $290 is from SPMD-99 orders by Sun 25 Oct; nothing more comes in until the plans renew 14 months later

NMN-99 note, Mon 26 Oct361 in 35$589.68$590
Total, about 2 orders$980

Why 1 in 35: the email committee's guess; there's no past figure for this offer to these customers. For a version it considered with $100 off the 12-month price instead, it guessed 1 in 25. 2 free months are worth about as much or a little less ($75 of SPMD-99, $107 of NMN-99, at their monthly subscription prices of $37.40 and $53.55), but buyers pay $100 more at checkout than with $100 off, so a little lower.

When: about $290 from SPMD-99 orders by Sun 25 Oct (3 in 4 of its $390: it's one email with no reminder, and most orders from such an email come in the first few days); the NMN-99 note sends Mon 26. Nothing more until the plans renew 14 months later.

The cost: 2 more pouches and their shipping for each order. The price stays today's 12-month price.

Who gets it

54 customers got SPMD-99 or NMN-99 free: the 51 Founding Members, who got both on 4 Sep, and 3 who got SPMD-99 free with a 2-pouch order in October. SPMD-99 note: 34 Founding Members who subscribe to neither SPMD-99 nor NMN-99. NMN-99 note: the same 34, plus 2 who already buy SPMD-99 but not NMN-99: 36. Left out: the 11 Founding Members who already subscribe to NMN-99; 3 who unsubscribed from our emails; Paul K., whose 24-month offer this week already includes one free pouch each of NMN-99 and SPMD-99; and the 3 who got SPMD-99 free with a 2-pouch order in October (the email committee holds them for a note of their own in mid to late November, when their free pouch runs low; it isn't built yet). Nick's team takes the 34 out of warm-up email 3 (Fri 23 Oct), so they don't get a full-price SPMD-99 email the day after this one.

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

Most got September's launch emails for NMN-99 and SPMD-99, which said “After midnight, prices go up significantly.” This keeps today's 12-month price ($411.84 SPMD-99, $589.68 NMN-99) and adds 2 free months, so it doesn't undercut that.

When each email sends

  • SPMD-99 note: Thu 22 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time (34 people)
  • NMN-99 note: Mon 26 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time (36 people)
  • No reminder

When it ends

Sun 1 Nov at midnight. The notes don't say one-time. Nick's team adds the free months by hand, so nothing needs switching off.

★ Email, copywriting and offer committees (Claude reviewers, each modelled on a well-known marketer; a reviewer with no clear view doesn't vote): voted on the afternoon of Tue 20 Oct, with money in the bank by Tue 3 Nov as the first aim. Which offer: 5 picked pay for 12 months, get 14; 2 picked the same with a free month on a monthly plan in the P.S. That offer as written (today's 12-month price plus 2 more months FREE, ending Sun 1 Nov): 7 for, 1 against (one reviewer wanted a free month on a monthly plan offered to the rest after 1 Nov). The finished emails: 14 for, 0 against.

Why these chances: Barry's team's guesses; we've never sent a failed-card email. These customers didn't choose to stop, so we expect more back than the 1 in 20 we expect from customers who cancelled. Nick's note brings back fewer: it's plain, with no button or price.

The 4 paused to November: charged 7 to 9 Nov, so not in this figure. About 2 of them pay (half, since their cards failed before): about $125 by Tue 17 Nov and $230 by 31 Dec.

By 31 Dec, about $1,100: the about 5.5 re-starters pay in October, November and December, with about 85 in 100 still paying each later month (about $890), plus the $230 above. Both are Barry's team's guesses; we haven't measured how long re-started customers stay.

Who gets it

Nick also sends a personal Gmail note on Thu to 19 more whose card failed (14 cancelled, 5 paused) whom we aren't emailing from Klaviyo: they've unsubscribed, their address is blocked in Klaviyo, they're outside the US, or their email is with a provider (such as Yahoo, AOL or Comcast) we aren't sending to yet while our new sending address warms up.

How the $90 by Tue 3 Nov adds up (after card fees)

EmailReadersCash per readerCash
Warm-up email 3266about $0.35$90

Why $0.35: the same as warm-up email 2 (Barry's team's guess). Taking out those Founding Members lowers it by about $12 at most.

By 31 Dec, about $160: the $90, plus about $70 from about 2 later monthly SPMD-99 payments ($37.40 each, SPMD-99's monthly subscription price, less card fees) in November and December by readers who subscribe (Barry's team's guess; no past figure for this email).

Who gets it

266 BROQ buyers who don't have SPMD-99, less any of the 34 Founding Members who get their own SPMD-99 note (number 5 above), whom Nick's team takes out so they don't get two SPMD-99 emails a day apart (their note goes Thu 22, this one Fri 23). 262 of the 266 get warm-up email 2 on Wednesday; the other 4 get the reorder reminder that day instead.

EmailReadersCash per readerCash
Monthly BROQ subscribersabout 10$4.20$40

Why $4.20: Barry's team's rough guess; we haven't sent this email before. Our old reorder emails made $4.63 a reader.

By 31 Dec, about $110: those who add a product pay for October, November and December, with about 85 in 100 still paying each later month (Barry's team's guess).

Who gets it

About 10 by Tue 27. NMN-99: 6 (5 now, and 1 whose latest order was in the last 7 days joins by Tue 27). SPMD-99: about 5: 2 now, plus about 3 of the other 22 who clicked SPMD-99 in September. Those 22 get warm-up email 3 on Fri 23 first and join only if they click SPMD-99 in it (about 1 in 7: Barry's team's guess, with no past figure to go on).

These two, by Tue 3 Nov$20
Reorder note (Tue 3 and 10 Nov), by 31 Dec19$4.63 to $9.30$90 to $170

Why these rates: new subscribers: 2 to 3 times the $0.70 a reader September's launch email made, since they bought in the last few weeks (Barry's team's guess). Past buyers: our old win-back email's rate. Reorder note: our old reorder emails' rates.

By 31 Dec: about $110: the two notes' $20 plus the reorder note at the lower rate ($90). Low about $60 (half that), high about $200 (the reorder note at the higher rate).

Who gets it

New subscribers' note: 6 new BROQ subscribers. Past buyers' note: 4 past BROQ buyers never told about NMN-99 and SPMD-99. Reorder note: 19 people who bought once 4 to 19 Oct, naming what they bought. Nick also sends a two-line Gmail note on Fri 23 to new-subscriber and past-buyer readers on Microsoft email (Outlook, Hotmail) who haven't opened Thursday's note, since Microsoft inboxes often put a new sender's emails in junk.

Why 1 in 5: Barry's team's rough guess; we've never made this offer.

$0 by Tue 3 Nov: the free month comes first; paid months start about 27 Nov ($53.55 a month for NMN-99 and $64.60 for BROQ, their monthly subscription prices).

Who gets it

9 who hold BROQ and SPMD-99 get the NMN-99 email: 6 now, and 3 whose latest order was in the last 7 days join by Tue 27. 1 who holds NMN-99 and SPMD-99 gets the BROQ one.

✓ The list is checked: the right people, nobody twice.

What they got before

1 of the 6 NMN-99 readers got September's 50% off 12 months of NMN-99 or SPMD-99. A free first month is a different deal. On Tue 27, before it sends, Barry's team checks the offers the 1 BROQ email reader got before, so this one doesn't repeat a deal we told them wouldn't come back.

When each email sends

  • Tue 27 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time

When it ends

Sun 1 Nov at midnight. The emails say "It's a one-time offer." No repeat is planned.

★ All 7 members of our email committee approved both on Monday, if the codes and pages are live by noon Mon 26. On the changes made Tue 20 Oct: 6 for, 1 against (Chris Orzechowski prefers plain emails, with no logo or photos). 6 of the 7 back the free first month.

Plan B: If the codes and both pages aren't live and tested by noon Mon 26, both emails wait.

Section 2

Three kinds of automatic email (each in a BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99 version, 9 in all) are switched on but have never sent one

They should ask one-time buyers to subscribe, offer monthly subscribers an annual plan, and suggest our other two products. They wait for a date that never gets filled in, so they never send. A fix for the first kind is built as drafts: new reorder emails for BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99 that start from each order: "time to reorder" about a week before a one-time buyer runs out, then "subscribe and save 15%" the day they do. About $400 to $800 by 31 Dec (the first ones go out about Thu 12 Nov). The annual-plan and other-products emails aren't fixed yet.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • The new reorder emails for BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99 switch on at 8am Wed 21, and the three old "subscribe monthly" emails they replace (one each for BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99) switch off.
  • One-time BROQ buyers get the reorder reminder from the start, including the 92 we aren't otherwise emailing while our new sending address warms up. A reminder that they're running low is service, not a sales email.

BROQNMN-99SPMD-99
One-time buyer: "subscribe monthly"NoNoNo
Monthly subscriber: annual offerNoNoNo
Any buyer: our other productsNoNoNo

New reorder emails: $0 by Tue 3 Nov, about $400 to $800 by 31 Dec. How: about 90 reorder emails by 31 Dec (one for each one-time order on our site as its supply runs out; we had 58 to 74 such orders a month in August and September) × $4.63 to $9.30 each, our old reorder emails' rates, less card fees. The first ones go out about Thu 12 Nov.

Section 3

Welcome emails that match the ad someone came from are built

14 welcome series, one for each ad angle (lab tests, winter, blood test, fasting and more), are drafts in Klaviyo. They start once our ad pages get the free-guidebook sign-up pop-up (section 6): about 6 to 15 sign-ups a week.

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • Email 6 of every welcome series gives 15% off anything, as our current welcome email does.
  • Someone who finished a welcome series over 30 days ago and signs up again gets one.
  • Someone who gets a welcome series matched to their ad skips our regular welcome emails, so nobody gets two.
When they start, and how many sign-ups to expect

They start once the ad pages have the free-guidebook sign-up pop-up (section 6), which waits for Mike and Nick's OK on the guidebook; on Tue 20 Oct the ad pages had no sign-up. Then about 6 to 15 sign-ups a week (Barry's team's guess): 300 to 500 people a week would see the sign-up on the ad pages, going by last week's visits, and 2 to 3 in 100 sign up (kept cautious: half or less of the 6 in 100 our 15%-off pop-up used to get).

✓ Already OK'd by Mike and Nick, to be done after this week's cash emails: Nick's team gives each new sign-up their own 15% code that ends 7 days after email 6.

Section 4

Five quick ways to bring in cash: three new (faster TikTok payouts, TikTok messages, Amazon), plus the gift card and failed-card emails already in section 1

Barry's team's five best ideas for cash soon. Two are already in section 1 and pay by Tue 3 Nov: the gift card, and the failed-payment emails (their add-on, extra card retries, pays mostly from mid-November). TikTok's payout trial would bring money we're owed sooner; the TikTok messages and Amazon pay mostly from mid-November.

TikTok: paid when each order is placed

Money TikTok owes us anyway, arriving sooner: about $670 for each day sooner (a day of our TikTok sales, after its cut). Not counted above.

How it works and what the figure is based on

We already get TikTok's fastest normal payout. TikTok has offered us a free 30-day trial of paying us when each order is placed, instead of when it's received. That brings in money we'd get anyway, sooner, once: how many days sooner depends on how long our TikTok orders take to arrive. Mike and Nick would want to cancel it before the 30 days end, so Nick's team first checks whether that's possible and easy, and what it would cost after the trial.

Who looks into it: Nick and his team

Opus gift card

In section 1 (the gift card offer): about $1,170 by Tue 3 Nov

Gift card balances can be spent on BROQ

Rule: Gift card balances can be spent on BROQ too.

TikTok messages to past TikTok buyers

$0 to $150 in the bank by Tue 3 Nov (up to 3 or 4 orders from the Wed 21 message delivered and paid by then, at about $40 each); $250 to $800 by 17 Nov; $1,200 to $3,200 by 31 Dec

How it works and what the figure is based on

Two TikTok chat messages: Wed 21 Oct to buyers of the last year who haven't bought in the last month, and Wed 28 Oct to first-time buyers of the last 90 days, then one a month; no coupon. About 6 to 20 orders (Barry's team's guess, with no past figure of our own to go on: between about 1 in 400 and 1 in 125 of the roughly 2,500 who get a message buy) delivered by about 9 Nov, so in the bank by 17 Nov, from the 2,000 to 3,000 past TikTok buyers we can't email, about $40 each after TikTok's cut. By 31 Dec, about 30 to 80 orders, as the monthly message reaches each month's new buyers and people who subscribe reorder. TikTok pays us only after each order is delivered, so little lands by 3 Nov.

Who sets it up: Nick and his team, about 1 hour in TikTok Seller Center

Failed-card recovery

In section 1 (the failed-payment emails): about $340 by Tue 3 Nov

How it works and what the figure is based on

On top: more automatic card retries in our subscription app (Appstle), and pausing instead of cancelling, save about 2 to 4 failed cards a month from now on (Barry's team's guess; we haven't measured what extra retries save), each still paying $64.60 a month: little by Tue 3 Nov, about $375 to $750 by 31 Dec (not in the failed-payment emails' figures). Starting with November's charges: November's saves pay in November and December, December's once, so 6 to 12 monthly payments by 31 Dec, at $64.60 less card fees.

Who sets it up: Nick and his team, about 30 minutes in Appstle

Amazon: 15% off SPMD-99 for repeat BROQ buyers, plus bundles

$0 in the bank by Tue 3 Nov (Amazon pays 10 to 14 days after delivery); $110 to $370 by 17 Nov; $550 to $1,800 by 31 Dec

How it works and what the figure is based on

By 31 Dec: 20 to 46 orders at 15% off, about $28 each to us ($39.10 less Amazon's fees), so about $550 to $1,290, plus up to about $500 from full-price bundles and second orders. 4 to 13 of the discounted orders delivered by about Tue 3 Nov, so in the bank by 17 Nov. All of these are Barry's team's guesses, with no past figure of our own to go on. Amazon pays about 10 to 14 days after delivery: it holds the money 7 days, then the transfer takes 3 to 5 working days (our bank shows Amazon deposits on 16, 17 and 18 Oct, so it may already pay every few days; Nick's team is checking). The promotion would have a $400 limit on what the 15% off can cost us: enough for about 58 orders at $6.90 off each ($46 down to $39.10). Barry's team counts on about 46 (4 in 5 of the 58), since Amazon can switch an offer off before its limit is used up. Bundles: three new Amazon listings at full price, sent from stock already at Amazon: BROQ with SPMD-99 ($123), BROQ with NMN-99 ($142) and all three ($188).

Who sets it up: Nick and his team, about 1 hour

TikTok: we already get its fastest normal payout.

To do

Section 5

7 customers Klaviyo can't email get this week's 24-month or renewal offer from Nick's own Gmail

5 are in the 24-month offer (4 unsubscribed, 1 whose address our emails bounce from: if Nick's email bounces too, Nick's own Claude session gives him the phone number on their order, so he can ask for an address that works) and 2 in the annual renewal (1 marked one of our emails as spam, 1 unsubscribed).

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • All 7 get the full offer as a personal email from Nick's own Gmail, not a marketing email.
When Nick sends them

Each gets the full offer, same price and end date, as a personal email from Nick, not a marketing email. Nick sends the 24-month ones Wed 21 and the renewal ones Thu 22; the emails are ready to copy on Nick's team's page ("What Nick's team does for these emails", linked at the top). They don't wait for an OK on this page: Mike and Nick decided on Tue 20 Oct that all 7 get the full offer, and Nick sends them as written on Nick's team's page.

Section 7

September's NMN-99 and SPMD-99 offer to June's buyers went out: 14 bought, $9,630 in sales

Still to follow up from June and September:

Mike and Nick decided (Tue 20 Oct)

  • The 127 who clicked June's 12-month BROQ offer and didn't buy get their next email in Black Friday week.

To do

What's still open from June and September
  • 34 June 12-month buyers were promised a free NMN-99 or SPMD-99. No free order shows for any of them.
  • 2 international 24-month buyers from September are owed their free NMN-99 and SPMD-99.
  • 36 subscribers who hold only NMN-99 or only SPMD-99 were never offered the other. About $350 a month if 1 in 5 of them (about 7) add it, at about $50 a month each after card fees (31 of the 36 hold only SPMD-99 and would add NMN-99 at $53.55 a month; 5 hold only NMN-99 and would add SPMD-99 at $37.40; both monthly subscription prices). 1 in 5 is Barry's team's assumption: these customers already like one of our products. It belongs in the other-products automatic email, which still waits for its fix (section 2).
  • 9 people who bought 12 months of BROQ since July: we'll offer them the move up to 24 months in Black Friday week.
  • 127 people who clicked June's offer and didn't buy haven't been emailed again yet; their next email is in Black Friday week.

Section 8

75 customers whose prepaid 12-month BROQ plan ran out: an extra $150 off a new one, Thu 22 to Wed 28 Oct, about $1,500 by Tue 3 Nov

Cash: about $1,500 in our bank by Tue 3 Nov (Barry's team's figure, worked out in the first table below), if about 2 of the 75 buy. That's about $650 an order after card fees, because some households buy 2 to 4 pouches a month ($1,123 to $2,246). Low $0 (about a 1 in 10 chance nobody buys), high about $2,700 (about a 1 in 5 chance 4 or more buy). No more after the offer ends Wed 28 Oct.

Who: 75 US customers who paid up front for 12 months of BROQ, whose last delivery was before 22 Jul (or who cancelled early), and who have no 12-month plan now. Those with a later last delivery, and Meghan G., get the annual renewal offer in section 1 instead. The first table below splits the 75 into 5 groups.

The offer: a new 12-month BROQ plan for $562 ($150 off our usual 12-month price of $712; full price $912), paid up front, plus a free pouch of SPMD-99, until midnight Wed 28 Oct. Households on 2 to 4 pouches a month pay $1,123 to $2,246. The plan ends after its 12th delivery and never charges again. Up to 3 emails from Nick: Thu 22, Mon 26 and Wed 28 Oct.

All 12 emails are drafts in Klaviyo, none scheduled. Mike and Nick OK each one in the last section: emails 23 to 26 (before 7am Pacific Thu 22), 32, 33 and 35 (by 11pm Pacific Sun 25), 43 (by 11pm Pacific Tue 27), and the 4 automatic emails, 64 to 67 (no deadline).

Barry's team's plan (Tue 20 Oct)

  • 7 of the 75 who paid $627 to $722 for their last plan get an extra $100 off ($612), not $150, since that already puts them below what they paid. 8 others who also paid more keep the full $150 off: 6 who cancelled early (their emails don't compare prices), and 2 who were offered 12 months at $608.03 in June (at $612 they'd pay more than that offer). Only one of the 7 on $100 off, Sue C., is also among the 7 who bought BROQ again on their own.
  • Each button is the reader's own checkout link with the discount in it. No code to type.
  • Only the 8 emails in the last section (emails 23 to 26, 32, 33, 35 and 43) go to these 75. Nick's own earlier drafts for them (see the details) stay as they are, unsent.
  • By noon Pacific Wed 21, Nick's team makes the 4 discount codes the buttons carry: $150 off and $100 off, each in a one-pouch and a 2-to-4-pouch version. By 6pm they load each person's price and link into Klaviyo, and Nick tests one link per code (their steps are on Nick's team's page, linked at the top).
  • Each day's emails are scheduled only after Mike and Nick both approve them.
  • The 4 new automatic emails stay off until Mike and Nick both approve all 4. Then Nick's team makes their $100-off codes, one for each possible last day, and switches the emails on. They never go to this week's 75.
  • Two optional changes you can ask for, each explained with its email in the last section: who sees the line “Your price is also less than you paid for your last 12-month BROQ plan” (on email 23 in the last section); and $150 off instead of $100 in automatic emails 66 and 67 (on email 66).
The figures, who gets which email, and the new automatic emails

Nick had already drafted his own list of 72 lapsed 12-month customers, 4 emails for them and a set of automatic “plan ended” emails. None of those has ever sent, and they stay as they are. (Separate from these: our live “plan ending” emails, which go out before and just after a plan ends.) 54 of Nick's 72 are among the 75. Of the other 18: 9 get the annual renewal emails in section 1 instead (their last delivery was 22 Jul to 13 Sep), 7 have unsubscribed, 1 lives in Canada and 1 still has a plan running.

Everyone's name, group, price and checkout link is in the spreadsheet lapsed-annual-2025-2026.xlsx, in the lapsed-annual folder inside KLAVIYO REVIEW in Dropbox. It isn't linked here because it holds customers' email addresses.

The pictures of emails 23 to 26 in the last section show a real reader of each, with prices rounded up to the whole dollar ($562, $612, $712) as those 4 emails now show them; checkout charges the exact amounts above. The others show a made-up reader, Sam, with example dates. Each reader sees their own first name, price and dates.

If all bought: what would reach our bank, after the 2.9% card fee, if every one of them bought. Each buyer pays once for all 12 months: $562 for one pouch a month (about $545 to us after the fee), or $612 for the 7 on $100 off (about $594 to us). The 8 households on 2 to 4 pouches a month pay $1,123 to $2,246, depending on how many pouches they get (less the same 2.9%).

Cash: if all bought, times the chance each buys.

1 in 25 (never told): in June 2026, 1 in 15 of the customers we emailed after their 12-month plan ended bought. Set lower to be safe.

1 in 40 (told late): in February 2026, 0 of 27 people like them bought from our email. Set low, but not at zero.

1 in 40 (told in time): they already passed on an offer once.

1 in 20 (bought again on their own): Barry's team's judgment, as no past email went to people like them. 4 of the 7 already pay for BROQ monthly.

1 in 80 (cancelled early): June 2026's win-back email to 1,033 past buyers sold to 1 in 61. Set lower because these people chose to stop.

The range: with about 2 buyers expected, there's about a 1 in 10 chance nobody buys ($0), and about a 1 in 5 chance 4 or more buy (about $2,700 or more).

Mon 26 Oct (emails 32 and 33): lab-results follow-upThe 24 never told, the 19 told late and the 11 told in time, if they haven't taken this offer
Wed 28 Oct (email 43): last dayAll 75, if they haven't taken this offer (the 7 who bought BROQ on their own included)

New: 4 automatic emails for every prepaid 12-month BROQ plan that ends after they're switched on (off until Mike and Nick both approve them)

Days after the plan's last deliveryEmail
35 (email 64)“Out of BROQ? Get 12 months for $711.36”
49 (email 65)“6 ways BROQ works for you”: the 6 health benefits printed on the BROQ insert
77 (email 66)“An extra $100 off 12 months of BROQ”: $612, for 4 weeks
105 (email 67)“Last day: an extra $100 off 12 months of BROQ”

Until 5 Oct 2026 no automatic email went out when a 12-month plan ended, only a few one-off emails (February, March and June 2026), and many got none. That's how most of these 75 slipped away (the other 14 cancelled early). Since 5 Oct, our live "plan ending" emails go out 30, 7 and 2 days before a plan's last delivery, then 7, 16 and 26 days after it, and nothing follows. These 4 new automatic emails carry on from there.

Nobody gets them once they've bought BROQ or started a plan, and this week's 75 never get them.

Little cash before January: only the first two, emails 64 and 65 in the last section (days 35 and 49, both at our usual 12-month price, $712), can go out in 2026, so none of the 4 is counted in the cash at the top. The first $100-off email goes out in early January.

Mike and Nick: your OK on each email

Every email that needs your OK, full size, in the order they send (21 Oct to 16 Dec, then 4 automatic emails that start only once you both approve them)

Under each email, Mike and Nick each pick an answer: has not reviewed, approves as-is, or has notes for revisions (a box opens for the notes). Then tap “Send your answers to Barry” at the bottom of the screen. You can send some now and more later.

Barry is the Claude session running this email work. He reads every answer and makes the changes your notes ask for. An email sends only after both of you approve it.

Every picture shows a sample customer, such as Sam, with sample dates and prices. Each real reader sees their own name, price and dates.

BROQ annual customers: renew with an additional $100 off

Renewal offer

Sends
Thu 22 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time zone (East Coast readers get it at 7am Pacific)
Who gets it
22 of the 25 BROQ annual customers whose plan is ending (the other 3 get it Mon 26 Oct)
Subject
Get $100 off if you renew your BROQ subscription now

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm: the two-pouch line

  • The one reader on two pouches a month now reads “One payment covers 12 monthly deliveries of BROQ, two pouches each.”
  • Why: his price box shows “$612 each”, so the line no longer gives a separate total that has to match it. Checkout charges $1,222.72 for both.

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note

  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now.
  • Code line now: “Your code, RENEW100, is already applied when you tap the button.”
  • Free SPMD-99 line now: “The free SPMD-99 will be sent to you automatically. You'll see it noted under your 12 more months of BROQ at checkout.”
  • Prices now in whole dollars: $712 a year, $612 with $100 off ($300 below full price), $562 with $150 off ($350 below), and $612 each for the one reader on two pouches a month (checkout charges $1,222.72 for both).
  • The button opens checkout with the code applied and, under the item, “Free with this order: 1 month of SPMD-99 (we ship it)”.
  • A reader whose checkout link isn't loaded reads “Tap the button to email me, and I'll add the 12 months to your plan for $612.” in place of the code line (the links are loaded, so nobody should get this version).

  • Prices now in whole dollars: $712 a year, $512 with $200 off, $400 below full price.

The whole email, word for word

Hi Cara, I know you've opted out of our marketing emails, so I'm writing just this once, because it's about your BROQ plan. As a thank-you for being a BROQ annual member, you can add 12 more months of BROQ to your plan now, with an extra $200 off our already-discounted annual price. So you're saving $400 below full price. 12 more months of BROQ: At full price: $912 Current annual subscription price: $712 Your price with $200 off: $512 Add 12 more months of BROQ with $200 off: [link] After Tuesday, October 27, it'll cost $200 more. Extending adds 12 months to your current plan, so it will run through July 2028. Nothing changes now: your deliveries keep coming just as they do today. Founding Members who got SPMD-99 and NMN-99 free: pay for 12 months, get 14

SPMD-99 note

Sends
Thu 22 Oct, 10am in each reader's own time zone (East Coast readers get it at 7am Pacific)

34 Founding Members who got SPMD-99 and NMN-99 free and haven't subscribed to either
Subject
Pay for 12 months of SPMD-99, get 14

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:09pm: the checkout notice explained

  • New line, right after the line saying the plan ends after the 14th pouch: “At checkout you'll see a standard notice that says "automatically renewing subscription" and "then $0.00 every month". That's only because a pouch ships every month, already paid for.”
  • Why: every 12-month plan ends after its last delivery and never charges again. Our subscription app caps it, and none of the 106 BROQ 12-month plans that ran to the end was ever charged again. Shopify's checkout shows that renewing-subscription notice on every subscription, so the email explains it.

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note: the 12-month price shown as a deal, and the email-address line taken out

  • Added just before “You pay ...”: “14 months of SPMD-99 at the one-time price: $616 / 14 months of SPMD-99 at the regular annual subscription price: $481 / 14 months of SPMD-99 at your special price: $412 (in bold) / You save $204 over the one-time price, or $69 over the regular annual subscription price. That $69 is your 2 FREE months.”
  • The payment line now reads “You pay $412 once, at checkout” (annual numbers in emails are rounded up to the whole dollar).
  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now. The 2 FREE months line now reads “We'll add your 2 FREE months to the end of your new 12-month SPMD-99 plan.”
  • The picture below shows the email as it is now.

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's OK

  • The line about the button now reads “Tap the button to open your offer on our site. One more tap there takes you straight to checkout, where the 12-month plan is called "Annual Subscription" and your order says "Pay for 12 months, get 14 (2 more months FREE)".” (since Wed 21 Oct, about 6pm: the button and links now open this offer's own page on our site, which shows the same prices; that page's button goes straight to checkout)

75 customers whose prepaid 12-month BROQ plan ran out: an extra $150 off a new one (section 8)

We never told you your BROQ plan was ending

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:09pm: what happens after the 12 months

  • New line: “Your one payment covers all 12 months. After your 12th monthly delivery, the plan simply ends, and you're never charged again for it unless you choose to order again. At checkout you'll see a standard notice that says "automatically renewing subscription" and "then $0.00 every month". That's only because a delivery ships every month, already paid for.”
  • Why: every 12-month plan ends after its last delivery and never charges again. Our subscription app caps it, and none of the 106 BROQ 12-month plans that ran to the end was ever charged again. Shopify's checkout shows that renewing-subscription notice on every subscription, so the email explains it.

Changed Wed 21 Oct, in emails 23 to 26: the offer and the free SPMD-99 show as soon as readers tap, and prices are in whole dollars

  • The button now opens checkout with the 12-month plan, the extra $150 off already applied, and "Free with this order: 1 pouch of SPMD-99 (we ship it)" printed under the plan.
  • The line under each button now reads “No code needed. Tap the button, and you'll see your extra $150 off already applied.” Nothing in these emails mentions an email address now.
  • The SPMD-99 box now ends “The free SPMD-99 will be sent to you automatically. You'll see it noted under your BROQ plan in your order summary at checkout.”
  • Households on 2 to 4 pouches a month now read "Want fewer pouches a month? Reply with the number you want and I'll set it up." Checkout has no way to change the number.
  • Prices in these 4 emails are rounded up to the whole dollar: $562 (was $561.36), $612 (was $611.36), the usual 12-month price $712 (was $711.36), households $1,123 to $2,246. "That's $350 below full price" is $912 minus $562. Checkout charges the exact price, a few cents less.

Good to know

  • The picture shows a real reader, Andrea B., at $150 off. Each reader sees their own first name, price and dates.
  • 7 of the 75 who paid $627 to $722 for their last plan get an extra $100 off ($612) instead of $150, since that already beats what they paid. 8 others who also paid more keep the full $150 off: 2 who paid $627.12, because in June we offered them 12 months at $608.03, and $612 would be more than that offer; and 6 who cancelled early, whose emails don't compare prices.

Your call (optional): who sees "Your price is also less than you paid for your last 12-month BROQ plan"

  • As built, the line goes to 61 of the 75 (all but the 14 who cancelled early), in Thursday's first emails and the thank-you emails. It's true for each of them.
  • For 52 of the 61, who paid $562.80 last time, emails 23 to 25 now show $562, only 80 cents less (checkout charges $561.36, $1.44 less). Two of Barry's reviewers, reading as those customers, said the line makes the extra $150 feel like it just puts them back at last year's price. For the other 9 it's a real saving: the 7 on $100 off pay $15.76 to $111.04 less, and 2 others who paid $627.12 but get the full $150 off (they were offered $608.03 in June) pay $65.76 less.
  • To show it only to those 9, either of you picks "Has notes for revisions" on this email and writes "Price line: only the 9". Barry then drops it for the 52, and the changed emails need a fresh OK from both of you (Thursday's emails wait for that OK). If neither of you writes it, it goes as built.

Thank you for coming back to BROQ: an extra $150 off

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:09pm: what happens after the 12 months

  • New line: “Your one payment covers all 12 months. After your 12th monthly delivery, the plan simply ends, and you're never charged again for it unless you choose to order again. At checkout you'll see a standard notice that says "automatically renewing subscription" and "then $0.00 every month". That's only because a delivery ships every month, already paid for.”

Shopify's checkout shows that renewing-subscription notice on every subscription, so the email explains it.

Good to know

  • Caroline H. and Daniel I. aren't on a monthly plan, so their version has no lines about switching from monthly.
  • Daniel I. and Robert W. (one of the 4 on a monthly plan) were told only after their plan ended, so their version skips the apology and opens with "You came back to BROQ on your own. Thank you."
  • Sue C. is one of the 7 on $100 off, so her version, subject included, shows $100 off and $612.

  • Readers on 2 to 4 pouches a month now read “Want fewer pouches a month? Reply with the number you want and I'll set it up.”, as in emails 23 to 26. Why: the button opens checkout, which has no way to change the number of pouches.
  • The tap line and the free SPMD-99 line now match emails 23 to 26 word for word (both quoted below).

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note

  • The offer line now reads “An extra $150 off a 12-month BROQ plan, until Wednesday, October 28, at midnight.” Under it, the same price box as emails 23 to 26: “12 months of BROQ: / At full price: $912 / Our usual 12-month BROQ plan: $712 / Yours, with an extra $150 off: $562” and “That's $350 below full price.” (Readers with $100 off see $612 and $300. Households on 2 to 4 pouches a month see the same box with their own figures: on 2 pouches with $150 off each, $1,824 / $1,423 / $1,123 and $701; one household on 2 pouches with $100 off each sees $1,223 and $601.)

Did you switch from BROQ?

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm: the tap line and the free SPMD-99 line

  • The tap line and the free SPMD-99 line now match emails 23 to 26 word for word (both quoted below). Everyone getting this email is on one pouch a month, so the fewer-pouches line never shows here (it's changed in the template to match emails 23 to 26).

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note

  • The offer line now reads “An extra $150 off a 12-month BROQ plan, until Wednesday, October 28, at midnight.” Under it, the same price box as emails 23 to 26: “12 months of BROQ: / At full price: $912 / Our usual 12-month BROQ plan: $712 / Yours, with an extra $150 off: $562” and “That's $350 below full price.” (Readers with $100 off see $612 and $300.)
  • The button now reads “Just $562, with an extra $150 off”. Annual prices in emails are rounded up to the whole dollar.
  • The picture below shows the email as it is now.
  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now.
  • Now: “No code needed. Tap the button, and you'll see your extra $150 off already applied.”
  • Free SPMD-99 line now: “The free SPMD-99 will be sent to you automatically. You'll see it noted under your BROQ plan in your order summary at checkout.”
  • The link now opens checkout with the extra off already applied and “Free with this order: 1 pouch of SPMD-99 (we ship it)” under the plan.

Founding Members who got SPMD-99 and NMN-99 free: pay for 12 months, get 14

NMN-99 note

Subject
Pay for 12 months of NMN-99, get 14

  • Added just before “You pay ...”: “14 months of NMN-99 at the one-time price: $882 / 14 months of NMN-99 at the regular annual subscription price: $688 / 14 months of NMN-99 at your special price: $590 (in bold) / You save $292 over the one-time price, or $98 over the regular annual subscription price. That $98 is your 2 FREE months.”
  • The payment line now reads “You pay $590 once, at checkout” (annual numbers in emails are rounded up to the whole dollar).
  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now. The 2 FREE months line now reads “We'll add your 2 FREE months to the end of your new 12-month NMN-99 plan.”

Thank-you email, Joseph J.'s version

Sends
Mon 26 Oct, 10am in Joseph's own time zone
Who gets it
Joseph J., who bought BROQ again on his own. His monthly plan is paused, and on Thursday he gets our note to customers with a paused plan (“Your BROQ is still on pause”), so this one waits until Monday
Subject
Thank you for coming back to BROQ: an extra $150 off

Before Mon 26 Oct: Joseph's link

  • Joseph's offer details aren't on his profile yet: tonight's load covered only the readers of Thursday's four comeback emails (23 to 26), and this is his first one. They need to go on before Mon 26 Oct. Until then, both buttons in his email would open an email to Nick instead of checkout, and it would leave out two lines: the apology for not telling him his plan was ending, and “If you take this offer, we'll make sure your paused monthly BROQ plan never restarts, so you never pay for both.”

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm: the tap line and the free SPMD-99 line

  • The tap line and the free SPMD-99 line now match emails 23 to 26 word for word (both quoted below). Joseph is on one pouch a month, so the fewer-pouches line never shows in his email (it's changed in the template to match emails 23 to 26).

  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now.

  • Prices now in whole dollars: $712 a year, $562 with the extra $150 off, $350 below full price.

Good to know

  • The picture shows the made-up reader, Sam. Joseph sees his own name, price and dates.

Optional change for all of these emails

  • See email 23 (Thursday's first email, apology version): an optional change for this week's emails to the 75, who sees the line “Your price is also less than you paid for your last 12-month BROQ plan”.

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm and 7:01pm: the two-pouch line and where the free SPMD-99 shows

  • The one reader on two pouches a month now reads “One payment covers 12 monthly deliveries of BROQ, two pouches each.” Why: his price box shows “$612 each”, so the line no longer gives a separate total that has to match it. Checkout charges $1,222.72 for both.
  • Free SPMD-99 line now: “The free SPMD-99 will be sent to you automatically. You'll see it noted under your 12 more months of BROQ in your order summary at checkout.” (says where to look on a phone, as emails 23 to 26 do)

You'll see it noted under your 12 more months of BROQ in your order summary at checkout.”

Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm: fewer pouches, by reply

  • Readers on 2 to 4 pouches a month now read “Want fewer pouches a month? Reply with the number you want and I'll set it up.”, as in emails 23 to 26. Why: the button opens checkout, which has no way to change the number of pouches.
  • The tap line and the free SPMD-99 line now match emails 23 to 26 word for word (both quoted below).

1 of 12 personal emails for this offer. David F. gets this instead of the group emails, and no reminders.

Sends
Wed 28 Oct, 3:00am Pacific (10am in the UK, where David lives)
Who gets it
David F.: 24-month BROQ plan, one pouch a month, running through May 2028. In September, David bought an earlier version of this offer (without the free pouch each of NMN-99 and SPMD-99), from an email that said "This will never be repeated." The group emails say "We won't be offering it again.", which would ring false now that we're repeating it, so David's email says so openly.

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note

  • Added after “You can add 12 more months for $456, one payment, so it would run through ...”: “12 more months of BROQ: / At full price: $912 / Current annual subscription price: $712 / Your price as a 24-month member: $456 / You save $456 over full price, or $256 over the current annual subscription price.” Below it, word for word as before: “We'll send the free pouches within 7 days of your order.”
  • The email text above is the new version.

Your call (optional): also give the 4 customers who bought this offer in September the free NMN-99 and SPMD-99 they missed

  • David F., Jung L., Jeffrey P. and Paul B. bought an earlier version of this offer in September, without the free NMN-99 and SPMD-99 that come with it now. You could also send each of them a free NMN-99 and SPMD-99 for that September order: $107 a person at shop prices (NMN-99 $63 plus SPMD-99 $44), $428 for all 4.
  • If you'd like that, this paragraph goes into all 4 of their emails, straight after "We'll send the free pouches within 7 days of your order.": "And since you didn't get them in September, we're sending you a free NMN-99 and SPMD-99 for that order too, whatever you decide."
  • To add it, either of you picks "Has notes for revisions" on this email and writes "Add the September paragraph". Barry then adds it to all 4 emails and puts them on this page again as 4 new emails, for your OK again. Otherwise all 4 go exactly as shown.

The whole email, word for word

Hi David, In September you added 12 more months of BROQ, and we really appreciate it. We said then that we wouldn't repeat that offer. We're opening it once more, just for our 24-month members, and this time it comes with one free pouch of NMN-99 and one free pouch of SPMD-99. Your plan runs through May 2028. You can add 12 more months for $456, one payment, so it would run through May 2029. 12 more months of BROQ: At full price: $912 Current annual subscription price: $712 Your price as a 24-month member: $456 You save $456 over full price, or $256 over the current annual subscription price. We'll send the free pouches within 7 days of your order. It's open until Sunday, November 1, at midnight. Just reply to this email and I'll send you the link. Nick

Jennifer B.: 24-month BROQ plan, one pouch a month, bought 31 Oct 2025. Only 6 of her 24 boxes have shipped (none went out from March to July 2026, and September's was skipped), so she's a quarter of the way through and her plan runs through March 2028. Her email opens like the other 24-month notes, not with the line about nearing the half-way mark (the opening line other 24-month customers get when their first year ends before Christmas). Opted out of our marketing emails, so Klaviyo can't send Jennifer the group emails.

Nick sends it himself, from his own Gmail, to Jennifer alone. Once you've both OK'd it, Nick's Claude session gives Nick Jennifer's email address and link (Gmail's Schedule send can set the time)

The whole email, word for word

Hi Jennifer, I know you've opted out of our marketing emails, so I'm writing just this once, because this is only for our 24-month members. You signed up for 24 months of BROQ, and we really appreciate it. As a thank-you, you can now add 12 more months of BROQ for the price of 6: one payment of $456 instead of $912. That's 6 of the 12 months free. Your BROQ plan runs through March 2028. This offer adds 12 months to your current plan, extending it through March 2029. Those 12 months come with the same one pouch a month you get now. 12 more months of BROQ: At full price: $912 Current annual subscription price: $712 Your price as a 24-month member: $456 It's a one-time offer, and it ends this Sunday, November 1, at midnight. We won't be offering it again. Add 12 more months of BROQ (and only pay for 6 months): [link] When you add the 12 months, we'll also send you one free pouch of NMN-99 and one free pouch of SPMD-99, our two other supplements. They come once, within 7 days of your order. Together, they sell for $107. At checkout, you pay $456, one time. Your 12 extra months of BROQ start when your current BROQ plan ends. No code needed. Once you check out, we'll add the 12 months to your BROQ plan. The free NMN-99 and SPMD-99 will be sent to you automatically. You'll see them noted under your 12 more months of BROQ at checkout. If you have any questions at all, just reply to this email. I'll personally answer. Changed Wed 21 Oct, 6:36pm: the two-pouch line

  • The one reader on two pouches a month now reads “One payment covers 12 monthly deliveries of BROQ, two pouches each.” Why: his price box shows “$612 each”, so the line no longer gives a separate total that has to match it. Checkout charges $1,222.72 for both.

Changed Wed 21 Oct after Mike's note

  • Taken out: the line about using a certain email address at checkout. Nothing in this email mentions an email address now.
  • Code line now: “Your code, {their second-chance code}, is already applied when you tap the button.”
  • Prices now in whole dollars: $712 a year, $612 with $100 off ($300 below full price), $562 with $150 off ($350 below), and $612 each for the one reader on two pouches a month (checkout charges $1,222.72 for both).
  • A reader whose checkout link isn't loaded reads “Tap the button to email me, and I'll add the 12 months to your plan for $612.” in place of the code line (no reader has a second-chance link, code or end date on their profile yet; Nick's team adds them before the first send, Tue 10 Nov; until then every reader would get this version, with no end date).

Out of BROQ? Get 12 months for $711.36

Good to know

  • These 4 emails are off. Once both of you approve all 4 (emails 64 to 67), Nick's team makes the $100-off codes they need, one for each possible last day, and switches them on. Until then, nobody gets them.
  • Until 5 Oct 2026 no automatic email went out when a 12-month plan ended, only a few one-off emails (February, March and June 2026), and many got none. That's how most of the 75 slipped away (the other 14 cancelled early). Since 5 Oct, our live "plan ending" emails go out 30, 7 and 2 days before a plan's last delivery, then 7, 16 and 26 days after it, and nothing follows. These 4 new automatic emails carry on from there.
  • Little cash before January: only this email and the next (days 35 and 49) can go out in 2026. None of the 4 is counted in the cash at the top.

An extra $100 off 12 months of BROQ

Your call (optional): how much off in this email and the next (the last 2 of the 4 automatic emails)

  • As built, an extra $100 off: $612. That's what the 7 on $100 off get this week, and $100 below the usual $712 that emails 64 and 65 offer.
  • Or an extra $150 off ($562), as most of this week's 75 get. To switch, either of you picks "Has notes for revisions" on this email and writes "Make it $150 off". Barry then changes both emails, subjects included, and puts all 4 back on this page for a fresh OK from both of you. The cash at the top doesn't change: the first of these goes out in early January, the second in early February.
  • If neither of you writes it, it stays $100 off.

Good to know

  • "Tuesday, November 17" in the picture is only the preview's example date. Nobody gets this email before early January; each reader's last day is 4 weeks after it, and their button carries a code dated to that day.
